SARS-CoV-2 exists as two early lineages, A and B, that differ by two nucleotides. Early in the pandemic, lineage B was firmly tied to the Huanan Seafood Market while the more "ancestral" lineage A was mainly found in cases with weaker market links, leaving open the question of whether lineage A was ever present at the market itself.
